These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between the mmk02 platform ("Platform", "we") and its websites, services, and games ("Services"), and the player ("you", "user") who uses them.

Account Registration and Management
1.1 — Account Registration Requirements
To open an account on mmk02, you must meet the following requirements—

- May only hold one account opened in your own name
- Must be an individual — each family member must open their own separate account
- Must not access the platform from a restricted region
1.2 — Providing Accurate Information
The name, date of birth, and contact details you provide when registering must be accurate and kept up to date. Accounts opened with false or concealed information may be closed without notice and without any refund.
1.3 — Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place in your account. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals
2.1 — Payment Methods
mmk02 currently accepts the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. These methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals.

2.2 — Withdrawal Conditions
- The name on the withdrawal request must match the name on the payment account
- If a bonus is involved, the bonus wagering requirement must be met first
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while an account is under review for suspicious activity
- Withdrawal processing time may depend on the payment provider's handling time
2.3 — Financial Fraud
If a chargeback or any breach of financial policy is detected, we reserve the right to immediately freeze the relevant funds and take action in accordance with applicable law.
Bonuses and Promotions
3.1 — Welcome Bonus
New players making their first deposit at mmk02 receive a 100% bonus on that first deposit (maximum 500,000 Ks).
Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Playing balance 40,000 Ks → Wager 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks must be reached before the bonus can be withdrawn
Deposit 1,020,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks → Playing balance 1,520,000 Ks → Wager 500,000 Ks × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks must be reached before the bonus can be withdrawn
- The bonus is awarded once per account only
- The bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met
- Once you are playing with a bonus, you cannot request to cancel or reverse it
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue any bonus offer at any time
3.2 — VIP Cashback Program
Based on each player's betting volume and progression, there are 5 VIP tiers available: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond —
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

3.3 — Refer a Friend Program
A player who refers a friend to mmk02 will receive 10% of that friend's first deposit as a bonus (maximum 20,000 Ks per referral), plus a weekly commission of 0.1% on that referred player's valid bets.
Gaming Rules
4.1 — Fair Play
All games on the mmk02 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG), meaning each game result is completely random and independent of any previous round. Any attempt to manipulate the RNG process, delay response times, or interfere through any software or technical means is strictly prohibited.
4.2 — Prohibited Activities
- Opening more than one account (multi-accounting)
- Non-player activity aimed solely at claiming bonuses (bonus abuse)
- Using software bots or automated playing tools
- Transferring funds between players through coordinated play (collusion)
- Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity
If any of these prohibited activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and funds may be suspended and withheld.
4.3 — Technical Errors
Winnings resulting from server errors, software bugs, or exploitable glitches will not be considered valid. We reserve the right to reclaim funds from players who knowingly take advantage of such technical faults.
Responsible Gaming Policy
5.1 — Gaming Limits

5.2 — Self-Exclusion

We may request age verification from a player at any time to confirm they are 21+. If verification is refused, withdrawals may be suspended and the account may be closed.

Limitation of Liability

8.3 — Third-Party Services
